  4. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  6. This user license agreement  (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you
  7. (individual or single entity) and VOWSoft, for the PicaLoader software 
  8. (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT. 
  9.  
  10. The SOFTWARE is the property of VOWSoft and is protected by copyright laws
  11. and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed.
  12.  
  13. TRIAL VERSION
  14.  
  15. If you accepts the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have certain
  16. rights and obligations as follow:

  18. YOU MAY:
  19.  
  20. 1. Install and use an unlimited number of copies the TRIAL VERSION for
  21.    a period of 30 days.
  22. 2. Use one or more copies of the TRIAL VERSION for evaluation purpose only.
  23. 3. Copy and distribute freely the TRIAL VERSION (see 'DISTRIBUTION').

  26. YOU MAY NOT:

  28. 1. Sublicense, rent or lease the TRIAL VERSION or any portion of it.
  29. 2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the TRIAL VERSION or
  30.    any portion of it.
  31. 3. Use the TRIAL VERSION after your trial period of 30 days.

  33. DISTRIBUTION:

  35. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the TRIAL VERSION as you wish
  36. and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must
  37. distribute the install form of the TRIAL VERSION (not the files resulting of an
  38. installation). You are not allowed to sell the TRIAL VERSION (except for
  39. shipment and handling charges). Computer's Magazines are authorized to
  40. distribute it on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform
  41. us by e-mail each time you distribute the TRIAL VERSION.

  44. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  46. The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". VOWSoft disclaims all warranties,
  47. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
  48. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire
  49. risk of using the SOFTWARE.

  51. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
  52.  
  53. VOWSoft assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may
  54. result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if VOWSoft has been advised of the
  55. possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to
  56. refund the purchase price.
